Westbourne Constructions have reached the major milestone of pouring all rooftop slabs.

Completing all the slabs and structures is an impressive job done on time.

From the outside it appears all works have been guided to reaching for the top however the engineer and procurement teams are always one step ahead.

Walking along the top floors gives you a beautiful perspective and shows of district views.

Big picture, one of the main tasks is to get the building water tight.

Current ongoing works include

• Installing windows and doors
• External waterproofing and tiling
• Installing balustrades
• Removing the concrete pumps
• Removing formwork from all levels
